REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Learner Skills, we do our best to ensure that our Learners are completely satisfied with the extended services. The Learner has to register for three Precursory sessions to understand the Teaching- Learning process. Our Learners have the choice to enrol into the complete course only after taking three Precursory sessions highlighting our programs. By choosing to get enrolled, our Learners confirm that they are confident of the program and the services extended.

CANCELLATION/ REFUND AFTER ENROLLMENT; BEFORE AVAILING THE SERVICES

Once the Learner has paid for a course, he/she can cancel it only within 24 hours from the transaction duration, by contacting the concerned department or by writing to our customer support team on info@learnerskills.com. In such cases, the refund will be generated within 48-72 business hours after the approval of the cancellation request, with a deduction of the
processing fee.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

In case Learner Skills reschedules a session, the options available to the Learners are:

100% refund for that particular session of the enrolled program, if the
rescheduled dates do not fit into the Learner’s schedule.
The Learner would have the liberty to reschedule and attend a class in
future at his/her convenience, on any date of a scheduled session.

Whereas, if for some unforeseen reasons, a Learner wishes to reschedule his/her course/session to a future date, a rescheduling fee is charged as mentioned below:

If the rescheduling request is received 5 business days (or more) prior to the commencement of the course, 5% of registration fee will be charged.
Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats.
No rescheduling is allowed, if the request is received less than 5 business days prior to the commencement of the course.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the course must be attended within 60 days of the Learner’s original sign-up date, and no refunds or credits will be available for Learners who fail to attend a course within this stipulated period.
