In case Learner Skills reschedules a session, the options available to the Learners are:

100% refund for that particular session of the enrolled program, if the rescheduled dates do not fit into the Learner’s schedule.

The Learner would have the liberty to reschedule and attend a class in future at his/her convenience, on any date of a scheduled session.

Whereas, if for some unforeseen reasons, a Learner wishes to reschedule his/her course/session to a future date, a rescheduling fee is charged as mentioned below:

If the rescheduling request is received 5 business days (or more) prior to the commencement of the course, 5% of registration fee will be charged.

Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats.

No rescheduling is allowed, if the request is received less than 5 business days prior to the commencement of the course.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the course must be attended within 60 days of the Learner’s original sign-up date, and no refunds or credits will be available for Learners who fail to attend a course within this stipulated period.
